where they change their minds or make incorrect product choices. Consequently,
while we are happy provide assistance on product specifications and
use, we are therefore unable to guarantee that particular outcomes will
fully meet customer expectations in specific circumstances and may consider
offering a product exchange to achieve better outcomes.
Products returned as faulty items must be returned to the place of purchase
and accompanied by their proof of purchase, such as your official receipt,
however under some circumstances a bank statement may also be considered,

Most manufacturers offer a 12 month warranty, however this can vary
from 6mths for cheaper, disposable items to 5yrs on higher end purchases.
